Overnight Postpartum Doula

Nighttime care so the whole family can rest and recover

The nights after birth can be the most exhausting of a parent's life. An overnight postpartum doula works while you sleep — caring for your newborn, supporting feeding, and handling the gentle rhythm of the night so you wake up rested and restored.

What's Included

  • Overnight shifts typically 8–10 hours (e.g. 9 pm – 7 am)
  • Full newborn care during the night — diapering, soothing, responding to cues
  • Infant feeding support (breastfeeding, pumping, or bottle-feeding)
  • Bringing baby to you for nighttime feeds, then returning them to sleep
  • Light tidying and bottle/pump part washing so mornings feel manageable
  • Newborn education — sleep cues, safe sleep, swaddling
  • Calm emotional presence for the midnight moments when feelings are biggest

Is this right for me?

Overnight postpartum support is for families who need rest above all else — new parents recovering from birth, those with multiples, families with older children, or anyone navigating a difficult postpartum period.
